"All 4 of my dogs LOVE this harness... not exaggerating when I say this is the best dog harness I've ever used."

Stop your dog from pulling INSTANTLY!
Having a dog who pulls on leash can be a real drag. But don’t worry, help is available! Anti-pull harnesses can greatly reduce or even eliminate pulling behaviors.
Harnesses in general are a great choice for dog walking because they take strain off the neck, and offer more control while walking. And for dogs who like to pull on leash, anti-pull harnesses are a true lifesaver. They help manage your dog’s pulling behavior, letting you and your pup walk stress-free.

So far we love this harness. It’s lightweight but seems really sturdy. Our 3 month old golden is already strong, and it’s been perfect on walks.
The reflectors showed on a night walk and the little handle on the top is handy to pick a curious puppy up and keep it moving.
My only wish is that I had bought it a little bigger. This is the extra small and she’s got about two fingers of room, but the way she’s growing, we’ll need a new one in a week or two. I went according to their recommended sizing and it was true to her weight.
The harness is light, sturdy and breathable with a strong handle on top, which can keep your pup from trouble...The straps and buckles are also top-quality, I found. (Bonus: the blue color is definitely a yes on a black dog! )
One thing to remember is that a Medium size is really a Small...so possibly order one size up than what you normally would or better even, measure your dog :-). A Medium was too small for my big GDS pup.
This is a great harness. Sturdy and fits well. Love it.
Although I should have ordered a small. This harness is great and my pup has tons of room to grow into. This harness seems to be much more comfortable than other as my dog hasn't chewed this one off. It's very easy to take on and off. I would high recommend. *** and the puppy is buckeled in safety in the pictures ****
So I’ve had the copatchy for about 2-3 weeks now. At the beginning one of my dogs was still choking on it and then I realized it wasn’t snugged on him. I bought an x-small for both of my dogs (12lbs (red) and 14lbs (black)). As long as it’s fitted right there isn’t any choking or hacking that I’ve noticed when they try to pull the leash. Also, the 12lb dog is on the tightest setting possible for neck and body. The 14lb dog I had to loosen the neck about half-way as well as the body about half-way so there’s still plenty of adjusting if needed. Moreover, I really like the handle on it so when we’re sitting down I can grab ahold of them if need be. It doesn’t appear to bother them when they wear it and it’s real easy to put on (which I especially like since putting on a harness can be a bit of a hassle for me) and take off. Overall, I really like the product.
This is my second time buying this harness. the 1st one he grew out of. It still looks Brand new. I love this harness so much I had to get it again.
So easy to put on! My mini goldendoodle is 8 1/2 months old, and I've bought several different brands of these "harnesses." This is the best one so far. It's solidly built, lightweight, and looks really handsome. All you have to do is pop it over your dog's head, then reach around his tummy to latch it on one side. My previous favorite one had velcro on top, and the velcro kept getting stuck in all his fluffy hair. I still like that one, but this one is very pretty and easier to put on. I got the blue one like in the picture. It's a beautiful color! The latch is slightly bigger, more substantial, than the other brand I got. When he pulls on the leash, he slows down because the vest pulls at his chest, and doesn't hurt his neck. Also, there's only one big steel clip to hook onto the leash unlike the other brand I got, where you have to hook two clips while the dog is squirming around. The clip on this one is bigger and easier to grab with the leash hook. The "handle" feature is useful, too, when I need to lift him out of his car seat. Because of the handle, this harness serves as a kind of front dog lift for a small/medium dog. I got size Medium for my mini goldendoodle, who is about 30 pounds - there's plenty of room for adjustment, and I like to keep it a little loose. He has lots of really fluffy hair and fur, and I don't want it to get all matted. It works just fine when I keep it loose. One thing, though. Only use the harness for outdoor walks. If you leave one of these harnesses on your dog all day, there's a chance your dog will chew off the plastic latches. But it's easy to put on and take off.
It fits perfectly and it looks great! According to the size chart, I was supposed to order a Medium, but I ordered a small based on other reviews saying it ran big. The only problem I have is the closure (plastic buckle clamp). My dog is afraid of certain noises, like velcro and clicking sounds, so he doesn't like this harness because of the clicking sound it makes when I open and close the buckle. This harness would be perfect if it had a closure like many dog collars and belt buckles do, rather than a loud, bulky plastic clip. I would think it would be more comfortable, as well. I would even be willing to pay more for it. In the meantime, I will try to sensitize him to it, though, because it really is a nice harness.
A great harness. I had trouble finding a harness that would fit my Beagle well as she has a fairly large benign fatty tumor on her chest so when I would purchase a harness that would fit her chest it would be too big in the neck. This is the first harness I have found that would adjust to fit her properly. It is the simplest harness I have come across to put on my dog, just lay it on her back and clip the chest and neck clips. The handle also has come in handy when guiding her out of the car or into our RV. It is sturdy and well made but a nice comfortable, breathable fabric. Great harness.
I received this halter in good time. I have a 4 lb poodle, 8 yrs old. She has long legs & body, similar to a chihuahua that would be described as a "deer" body type.
I wanted to describe her build for anyone else thinking about ordering one for their dog of similar build/size.
The halter fits her just right. I still have room for adjustment if she gained some weight around the middle.
Though it has a handle, it is small because I ordered an extra small. So I could pick her up by the handle, I feel like it fits her too close to her front legs/rib area, so I DO NOT pick her up by it because I am not sure it would be comfortable.
I also agree with others, the round piece to hook the leash too, is too big & thick for this X SMALL halter.
After about 2-3 wks, it seems comfortable on her, I like the pink & I would order again. No issues at this time.
I bought this for my very active!... Shiba Inu puppy:) I bought a harness so that he won't choke himself on the collar while pulling me (I think he thinks he's a sled dog and I am the sled)...when we are out for walks and so that he isn't able to escape from me while doing his alligator rolls. I bought the red in small for now as he's only 5 months old. He also doesn't seem to be able to chew the harness. It's pretty easy to slip on over his head and then I clip the underbody latch when we go for walks. I find the harness to be attractive, very easy to use, and very sturdy and comfortably for my puppy. I will definitely purchase another one in the future when he gets a little bigger. Highly recommend!
Great fit for my Shiba-Lab mix. I love that it's breathable for long walks and hikes. He is a major puller and it has not ripped or torn from the tension. I also like the reflective pattern on it for night walks, and the handle on the back is wonderful for passing by dogs he wants to bark at, just a quick tug and he's right back on track. It's much easier to put on than the step-in harnesses, and from day one he seems more comfortable and the little rashes under his armpits have disappeared, as this harness doesn't come in contact with that area at all. This is the 5th harness I tried for him, and I am FINALLY sold! Signed, -Picky Dog Mom
